Ingredients

slice bread 6-8 nos
Grated carrot 1 nos
chopped chilly 1/2 tsp
grated ginger 1/4 tsp
chaat masala 1/2 tsp
soda 1 pinch
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Salt to taste 1 pinch
Directions
Trim sides of bread and crumbled it with hand add all the ingredients in it and make a stiff dough by using water
Heat oil in wok
Grease your hand with oil and take about 2 tbsp of dough and flatten it and make a hole in center and deep fry it
Serve it with sauce or green chutney
