Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 nos parotta (cut into small pices)


  • 4 nos fish fried


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1/2 tsp chicken masala


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • 1/4 tsp tumeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp salt as needed


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp fennal powder


  • 1/2 cups carrot greeded


  • 1/2 cups green peas


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 2 tsp butter


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste

Directions

  • Heat oil in pan add onion , ginger paste and tomato fry upto it colour change and grind it.
  • Meantime cook green peas and carrot with cup water. Add pinch of salt in that.
  • Melt butter in pan add parotta pieces fry it.
  • Then add grinded paste in that. Mix well
  • After that add masalas, chillies, pepper and vegitabels fry it well
  • Sprinkle water to cook. Add butter if needed mix well upto masala smell change.
  • Then remove ton in fish make it pices add and fry well for a min.
  • Close the lid for min. Serve hot
