Boil the potatoes , peel them.
heat the oil in a pan add hing methi seeds and brown the cumin seeds.
add kasuri methi, red chilli powder, turmeric , coriander powder and stir.
add the chopped potatoes and stir again add salt.
stir and let cook for 5 minutes or more on a low flame, add garam masala
garnish with coriander leaves.
serve the chatpate aaloo masala hot with roti, parathas or relish just like that
