Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 nos potato chopped in four piece


  • 6 nos onion chopped in half


  • 4 nos green chilly cut


  • 2 nos tej patta


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 1/2 tsp haldi pwd


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 3-4 nos sabut kalimirch


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp mustard oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in wok add jeera as it brown add tej patta and all dry ingredients stir for a while and add chopped onion and potato and green chilly
  • add salt to taste and cook it covered at low flame
  • garnish it with green coriander
