Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Goat Brain 4 nos

  • Big Onions Finely Chopped 2 nos

  • Green Chillies Chopped 4 nos

  • Lemon Juice 3 tbsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 1/2 tbsp

  • Garam Masala 1 tsp

  • Salt To Taste 1 pinch

  • Ginger And Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Plain Yogurt 1/2 cups

  • Cooking Oil 4 tbsp

  • For Garnishing:Ginger Finely Chopped Lengthways 1 piece

  • Fresh Cilantro Chopped 2 tbsp

  • Green Chillies And Lemon Slice 2 nos

Directions

    Wash The Brain Thoroughly And Boil In Water.

    After Boiling Remove The Brain From The Water And Remove Any Membrane And Nerves Carefully. Cut Brain Into Small Pieces.

    Heat Cooking Oil In A Wok And Fry The Sliced Onion Until They Are Golden Brown.

    Remove Half Of The Onions And Set Aside.

    Add Spices, Ginger And Garlic Paste, Plain Yogurt , Green Chilies And Salt. Fry Well For About 10 Minutes By Adding A Little Water If Needed.

    Add The Brain And Gently Mix It.

    Do Not Stir With A Spoon.

    When The Oil Separates, Sprinkle With Chopped Coriander, Lemon Juice, Finely Chopped Ginger And Green Chillies.

    My Tip: For The Best Results Wash The Brain Properly. So That No Membrane And Nerves Left Behind.
