  • 2 cup pasta

  • 2 medium size onion chopped

  • 1 capsicum chopped

  • 1 carrots chopped 1 spoon ginger garlic paste 3 spoon schezwan chutney half cup grated cabbage 1 spoon red chill powder 2 spoon all purpose flours for paste meggi msala sheets for pockets salt oil


  • 01

    Take a pan heat the water add pasta n one spoon oil. Boild pasta wash the cold water n keep a side away

    Take a pan heat oil add ginger garlic paste saute 2-3 miunte n add onion saute till transparent onion ,add all vegatables n add salte n pinch of ajinomoto salute 4-5 miunte till all veggies are soft

    All vegatables leave the oil add red chilli powder , maggi masla ,n schejwan chatni saute for one miunte n add pasta mix well it..ours pasta are redy

    Take sheets n cut into square shape.

    One spoon pasta put sheet n all eldges spred the all purpose floure paste ..n pack the pockets

    Heat the oil n fry the pockets till the lightly brownish.. serve with tomato souce..redy ours pasta pockets
