For Pizza Sauce:
• Red Tomatoes – 4
• Olive Oil – 2 tsp
• Finely chopped Garlic – 2 tsp
• Chopped Onions – ¼ cup
• Basil Leaves – 3 tsp
• Sugar – ½ tsp
• Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirchi – ½ tsp
• Salt – ½ tsp
• Oregano – ½ tsp
• Chilli Flakes – ¼ tsp
• Tomato Sauce (Ketchup) – 1 tsp
• Mozzarella Cheese – ¼ cup
• Boiled Penne Pasta – 2 cup
• Black Olives for garnishing – as required
• Basil Leaves for garnishing – as required
• Parmesan Cheese for garnishing – as required
In a vessel keep Water to boil, then take Tomatoes and give a slit X mark on bottom of the it, put in a boiling Water, cover with lid and boil for 5 Min or until Tomatoes skin can be removed.
Remove from boiling Water, remove the skin of Tomatoes, and blend into smooth paste once they are cooled down completely.
In preheated pan, add Olive Oi, chopped Garlic and Onions and sauté until Onions turns golden brown.
Then add Tomato puree, fresh Basil leaves, Sugar, Salt, Chilli Flakes, Oregano, Red Chilli Powder and mix well.
Now cover the lid and simmer the sauce on low flame for 5 to 8 min or until sauce turns thick.
Lastly add Tomato Sauce and mix well.
Pizza sauce is now ready.
In a big Mug, firstly add 3 tsp of sauce and then add 3 tsp of Mozzarella Cheese over the sauce.
Start stacking the boiled penne pasta likewise covering all sides and center.
Then above penne pasta again add more 3 tsp of Pizza sauce covering all the sides nicely.
Lastly add more 4 tsp of Mozzarella Cheese over it and bake in preheated Oven at 220deg C for 15 Min.
Once baked with the help of knife leaven the edges from all sides and start to unmold the Mug.
While unmolding be careful to get good pillar form.
