Make onion, adrak, and green chilly paste
Blanch palak ,strain it and mash
Add cornflour, slightly garam masala and salt in it
Crumbled paneer add salt and make a small ball
Take one portion of palak and flatten it and stuff paneer ball.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it.kofta is ready.
For gravy heat 1 tbsp ghee and add onion paste and fry it as it done add green chilly and adrak paste and fry for couple of second.add kaju-khus khus paste and fry for a min the add curd and stir it throughly.add milk and adjust the consistency let it simmer at last add salt, garam masala and kasuri methi.
At the time of serving cut the kofta and serve with gravy.
