Take bowl mix rava wirh curd,water and all spices
Keep the batter aside for 10 min
Heat a pan and add oil once the oil is hot add rai and cumin seed
Add chopped onion and saute it for 5 min
Further add chopped beans,capsicum and peas to onion and continue to saute these vegetable for another 5 min
Add sauted vegetables along with grated ginger, garam masala and chilli to the batter and make a smooth batter of medium consistency
Add soda and transfer the mixture into a greased mould Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano in top of it
Keep this mould in a preheatwd oven at 180 degree for 20-25 min or till it passes the toothpick test
