Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups rava


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp cumin seed


  • 1 tsp rai


  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes


  • 1 tbsp oregano


  • 1/2 tsp soda


  • 1/2 cups chopped onion


  • 1/4 cups chopped beans


  • 1/4 cups chopped capsicum


  • 1/4 cups peas


  • 1 tbsp grated ginger


  • 1 tbsp chopped green chilli


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Take bowl mix rava wirh curd,water and all spices
  • Keep the batter aside for 10 min
  • Heat a pan and add oil once the oil is hot add rai and cumin seed
  • Add chopped onion and saute it for 5 min
  • Further add chopped beans,capsicum and peas to onion and continue to saute these vegetable for another 5 min
  • Add sauted vegetables along with grated ginger, garam masala and chilli to the batter and make a smooth batter of medium consistency
  • Add soda and transfer the mixture into a greased mould Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano in top of it
  • Keep this mould in a preheatwd oven at 180 degree for 20-25 min or till it passes the toothpick test
