Marinate fish pieces with ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, salt and red chilli sauce for about 10 minutes
Add cornflour, refined flour and white pepper powder to coat fish pieces
Heat oil in a pan
Shallow fry marinated fish pieces
Flip sides in between and fry till colour changes to golden brown
Remove on a kitchen roll and keep aside
Heat oil in a wok
Add spring onions white and saute on a high flame
Add chopped ginger and garlic and saute again
Add slit green chillies and saute
Add chopped capsicum and saute
Add chopped spring onions green and mix it well
Add soy sauce, green chilli sauce and vinegar and give it a mix
Add fried fish pieces and mix well
Add cornflour slurry and give it a mix
Adjust seasoning
Mouthwatering Jewfish Chilli is ready to serve
Remove on a serving plate
