Soak whole red chilly for 1 hour
Peel the potato and with help of peeler make a hole in it for stuffing
Add kaju,kishmish,garam masala,chopped coriander and green chilly and salt in paneer and mix
Make paste of onion and whole red chilly
Heat oil in a wok and golden fry the potato
Let it cool.
Now stuff the filling in potato
In pan heat ghee and add ginger-cilly paste and fry it
Now add onion paste ,haldi and dhania pwd and fry till it leave oil
Add kaju paste and kasmiri mirch pwd and fry couple of min
Add water, sabzi masala and salt and let it boil
Add stuff potato in it and sprinkle garam masala . Cover it and cook on medium flame for 5min
Now its ready to serve
