Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 nos potato


  • 1/2 cups crumbled paneer


  • 1 nos onion


  • 4-5 nos red chilly


  • 1 nos green chilly


  • 1 tsp kaju paste


  • 1 tsp kashmiri mirch


  • 1 tsp sabzi masala


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp dhania pwd


  • 1 pinch haldi pwd


  • 1 tbsp ginger- chilly paste


  • 2 tbsp kaju


  • 2 tbsp kishmish


  • 1 tsp hara dhania


  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Soak whole red chilly for 1 hour
  • Peel the potato and with help of peeler make a hole in it for stuffing
  • Add kaju,kishmish,garam masala,chopped coriander and green chilly and salt in paneer and mix
  • Make paste of onion and whole red chilly
  • Heat oil in a wok and golden fry the potato
  • Let it cool.
  • Now stuff the filling in potato
  • In pan heat ghee and add ginger-cilly paste and fry it
  • Now add onion paste ,haldi and dhania pwd and fry till it leave oil
  • Add kaju paste and kasmiri mirch pwd and fry couple of min
  • Add water, sabzi masala and salt and let it boil
  • Add stuff potato in it and sprinkle garam masala . Cover it and cook on medium flame for 5min
  • Now its ready to serve
