Ingredients
Serves 4
Finely chopped onion 1
Finely chopped cabbage 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped french beans 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped carrot 1
Finely chopped Ginger 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped garlic 2 teaspoons
finely chopped cauliflower 1 tablespoon
finely chopped green leaves of spring onion 1 tablespoon
Corn flour 1/2 to 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce 1-2 tablespoons
Vinegar 1/2 tablespoon
Butter or oil 1 tablespoon
Salt approximately 1/2- 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder 1 to 2 teaspoons
Directions
Heat butter or oil in a pan and add finely chopped ginger and garlic
Immediately add all to finely chopped vegetables and saute' till nice aroma comes
add 1-2 glasses of water to it and let it boil completely
Add cornflour and water in a cup and add it to boiling veggies
Stirr consistently to avoid lumps
Add soya sauce, black pepper powder and salt according to taste
Stir well and soup is ready to serve
Add little vinegar just before serving and enjoy endlessly with family and friends...yummy hot and sour veg soup
