At first paste the black ,white mustard seeds, green chillies nicely in a grander. Then filtered them in a bowl. Take a tiffin box ,place the washed fish pieces.Now massage the ilish fishes with salt, turmeric powder.Then pour the filtered mustard paste,coconut milk ,1/2 cup water ,2 tbsp of mustard oil & place the green chillies on the fishes. Cover the tiffin box tightly.Take a kadai ,add sufficient of water .Place the tiffin box on this water & steamed it for 1/2 an hour. Then switch off the flame. Place the cooked fishes into a serving plate & pour the gravy over the fish pieces. Garnish with slited green chillies.
