  • 2 bowls grated cabbage big bowls

  • 2 bowls capsicum

  • 1 bowls onion

  • 1 tbsp garlic paste

  • 1 tbsp ginger paste

  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 tbsp soya sauce

  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce

  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce

  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

  • 2 tbsp salt

  • 1 bowls corn flour

  • 5 tbsp oil

  • 1 bowls vegetable stock


  • Manchurian balls- first of all mix corn flour n grated capsicum n also some salt some red chilli powder some ketchup some pepper powder and mix it well...then make the balls of it and allow it to for deep fry ..😋🤗
  • Manchurian gravy- take some oil in a pan and add some rai and jeera..n also hing powder into it...then add chopped onions into it with some salt and then add capsicum and cabbage n also u can add other veggies if u want then allow it to fry then add red chilli powder into it then again allow it to fry then add some vegetable stock into it and in that soya sauce and tomato ketchup into it and make it fry and add all the Manchurian balls into it ....n yup Manchurian with gravy are ready to serve 😊🤗
