Dry active yeast 1/2 tsp
Luke warm water 1/2 cups
Sugar 1/2 tsp
For Dough- All purpose flour 1 cups
Salt as per taste 1 tsp
Refined oil 1 tbsp
For Toppings - American corns ,boiled 1/2 cups
medium sized capsicum (thinly sliced) 1 nos
medium sized onion (thinly sliced onion) 1 nos
Oil 1 tsp
Spices for veggies- Salt as per taste 1 tsp
tomato ketchup 1 tsp
dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder 2 pinch
French fries ,I have used , you can add more or less according to your choice 12-15 nos
Oil for frying the fries I have used frozen fries.(you can make the fresh ones also) 2 cups
Grated mozzarella cheese 1 cups
Oregano flakes 1 tsp
Pizza sauce(for spreading on the base) 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Firstly take a small bowl add yeast in it, now add warm water and sugar in it and mix it well with a spoon. Keep it aside for 10 minutes in a warm place
Now take another bowl add all purpose flour and some salt and mix it well.
After that make a well in the center of the flour and add the concoction of yeast in it.
Then add the refined oil also in between. Now time to use your hands. Knead the dough properly for around 10 minutes and make it in round shape of a ball.
After that take a bowl grease little oil in it and keep the dough ball in it for at least 1 hour.
Cover the bowl with a cling film and keep the bowl in a warm place. In the mean time take a wok heat it up and add oil in it.
Add onions and sauté it for few minutes. Now add capsicum and boiled corns .
Add Salt as per taste , tomato ketchup -1 tsp ,dry mango powder - 1/2 tsp and black pepper powder - 2 pinches Mix it well and switch off the flame.
Take another wok add oil around 1 cup and heat it up. Put your fries and fry them till they turn crispy and take them out on an absorbent paper.
Get ready with your shredded mozzarella cheese also. After 1 hour, pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree.
Now take your dough out from the bowl and knead it again. Knead it for around 7 to 8 minutes by punching it.
After that take a roller and make a thick round shape like a pizza base.
Prick the pizza base with the help of fork in the center and sides also. Keep the base gently on a baking tray.
Now spread the pizza sauce on the base and spread the sautéed veggies also. Bake it for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
After 20 minutes check the base it should be more than half cooked. Now take the fries and spread it on the top of the layer of veggies.
Spread grated cheese also and sprinkle oregano and chili flakes. Again bake it at 200 degrees for more 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes take the pizza tray out and start plating your palatable Cheesy fries pizza.
