  • 1/2 cups soya granules soaked

  • 1 cups rice soaked for half an hour

  • 2 nos bay leaf

  • 1 tsp jeera, red chilly pwd, garam masala masala, salt

  • 1 nos green chilly

  • 1/4 cups chopped mint

  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • Heat ghee in a cooker and add jeera as it sputter add bay leaves,red chilli pwd and soya granules stir for a min add green chilly, garam masala and rice add 2 cup water and add salt let it simmer till half cook after that put lid and cook for one whistle its ready
  • For raita whisk curd and add mint paste, black salt, jeera powder and mix
  • For chutney grind green coriander, chilly, mint, ginger, salt and mango to a fine paste
