Heat ghee in a cooker and add jeera as it sputter add bay leaves,red chilli pwd and soya granules stir for a min add green chilly, garam masala and rice add 2 cup water and add salt let it simmer till half cook after that put lid and cook for one whistle its ready
For raita whisk curd and add mint paste, black salt, jeera powder and mix
For chutney grind green coriander, chilly, mint, ginger, salt and mango to a fine paste
