Soak dal for 4-5 hrs...drain and grind in smooth paste
Whisk curd
Whisk dal paste till fluffy
Heat oil in a wok..grease hand with water ..take a big lemon size paste and fill ginger,chilli,coriander and raisins and make a smooth flatten ball and deep fry it
When golden brown take it out and soak in salted water
After 5 min it become soft take out and press with your hand to take out extra water
Dip it in whisked curd and sprinkle salt,cumin pwd ,green coriander and anaar dana
