  • 8 cubes fish Half cup Chopped fresh garlic 12 cloves garlic Half spoon turmeric 1 spoon red chili powder 1spoon dry mango powder 1.5 spoon coriander powder Fresh coriander 2 green chili roughly Chopped Oil Salt

    Method Heat oil in a pan..add fish and stire fry till they turn a slight brownish colour.. removing in plate Crush all ingredients except fish n mango powder(take mortar and pestle.frist add the garlic,green chili,coriander,turmeric, redchili powder, coriander powder,salt) keep a side Heat oil in pan. Add all crush ingredients saute for 2-3 minute then add in the some water stire for minute Add the fry fish in the pan and mango powder stire till it start to leave oil.n removing in plate garnish fresh garlic
