Ingredients

  • Brown Bread Slices crustless 8 nos

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 cups

  • malai 2 tsp

  • Onion finely chopped .medium 1 nos

  • cabbage grated 2 cups

  • Green chilli chopped 1 nos

  • garlic pods grated 5 nos

  • chaat masala 1 tsp

  • Salt and black pepper to taste 1 tsp

  • oregano 1 tsp

  • Oil to deep fry 2 cups

Directions

    Squeeze grated cabbage and use the juice for soaking bread slices

  • 02

    Combine mozzarella cheese, onion, cabbage,malai,green chilli and all ingredients except bread and oil.

    Soak each slice, one at a time, in juice plus water for about ten seconds. Squeeze out water by pressing between palms.

    Place a bread slice on the work top, place some of the cheese cabbage mixture in the center on one side and roll the rest of the slice over to cover the stuffing firmly.

    Ensure that the edges are well sealed. Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan and deep fry the rolls until golden brown.

    Drain and place on an absorbent paper. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
