Ingredients
Serves 4
medium broccoli chopped into small florets 1 nos
olive oil 2 tbsp
salt to taste 1/4 tsp
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
butter, softened 2 tsp
carrot, spring onions french beans,and capsicum chopped and blanched 1 cups
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
hung curd 2 tbsp
chaat masala 1 tsp
white sauce mayonnaise mixture 4 tbsp
bread slices 8 nos
cheddar cheese, grated 1 cups
oregano 1 tsp
Directions
Marination of broccoli: Mix hung curd, half of mayo and white sauce, chaat masala, pepper, salt, ginger garlic past
Cover all the broccoli florets with this mixture and keep aside for one hour.
Heat a pan add olive oil ,add marinated broccoli, saute for 5minutes
Then add carrot, spring onions, french beans,capsicum salt , pepper, oregano
mix well ..keep aside.
Assembling : Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
Put a layer of the veggie mixture evenly sprinkle grated cheese.
Top each with another slice of bread, now cook on a pan turning sandwiches over once, until the cheese melts and the bread is evenly toasted.
