  • 1 nos medium broccoli chopped into small florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

  • 2 tsp butter, softened

  • 1 cups carrot, spring onions french beans,and capsicum chopped and blanched

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp hung curd

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 4 tbsp white sauce mayonnaise mixture

  • 8 nos bread slices

  • 1 cups cheddar cheese, grated

  • 1 tsp oregano


  • Marination of broccoli: Mix hung curd, half of mayo and white sauce, chaat masala, pepper, salt, ginger garlic past
  • Cover all the broccoli florets with this mixture and keep aside for one hour.
  • Heat a pan add olive oil ,add marinated broccoli, saute for 5minutes
  • Then add carrot, spring onions, french beans,capsicum salt , pepper, oregano
  • mix well ..keep aside.
  • Assembling : Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Put a layer of the veggie mixture evenly sprinkle grated cheese.
  • Top each with another slice of bread, now cook on a pan turning sandwiches over once, until the cheese melts and the bread is evenly toasted.
