Ingredients

Serves 4

  • medium broccoli chopped into small florets 1 nos

  • olive oil 2 tbsp

  • salt to taste 1/4 tsp

  • black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • butter, softened 2 tsp

  • carrot, spring onions french beans,and capsicum chopped and blanched 1 cups

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • hung curd 2 tbsp

  • chaat masala 1 tsp

  • white sauce mayonnaise mixture 4 tbsp

  • bread slices 8 nos

  • cheddar cheese, grated 1 cups

  • oregano 1 tsp

Directions

    Marination of broccoli: Mix hung curd, half of mayo and white sauce, chaat masala, pepper, salt, ginger garlic past

    Cover all the broccoli florets with this mixture and keep aside for one hour.

    Heat a pan add olive oil ,add marinated broccoli, saute for 5minutes

    Then add carrot, spring onions, french beans,capsicum salt , pepper, oregano

    mix well ..keep aside.

    Assembling : Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

    Put a layer of the veggie mixture evenly sprinkle grated cheese.

    Top each with another slice of bread, now cook on a pan turning sandwiches over once, until the cheese melts and the bread is evenly toasted.
