Boil banana and potato... Cool down and grate
Add besan, red chilli pwd, green chilly and salt and mix it.. by using little water make a thick batter
Make balls from it and deep fry it
In a wok and add oil and heat it than add hing and jeera as it sputter add masala and tomato paste and cook it till it releases oil than add malai and cook for a while add water and salt and garam masala and let it boil
At serving time add kofta in a gravy and garnish it with green coriander
