Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups cooked rice nd dal


  • 1/4 cups soaked poha


  • 1 tbsp rava


  • 1/2 tsp ginger chilly paste


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1/4 tsp dry mango pwd


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp cheese


  • 1 cups oil

Directions

  • Blend rice and dal in a mixer jar.. do not make a paste
  • Just coarsely grind it.. take it in a mixing bowl
  • Soak poha in a water for five minutes
  • squeeze it and mix it in the mix
  • add rava, ginger chilly paste, salt, garam masala, red chilly pwd and dry mango pwd and mix it
  • make a ball shape and stuff cheese in it and deep fry it
