Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - king fish

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp gingergarlic paste

  • 1 tsp salt (as per the requirement)

  • 4 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp water

Directions

    Clean the fish with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

  • 02

    In a bowl add salt,turmeric powder,gingergarlic paste and red chilli powder.

    Add water along with this and make a masala paste

  • 04

    Marinate the fish using masala paste and rest aside for 10 mins

  • 05

    Heat a pan add oil and fry the fish on both sides

  • 06

    Madras Meen Varuval is ready to serve..
