Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Beetroot chopped 1

  • Tomatoes chopped 4 to 5

  • Carrot chopped 1

  • Onion chopped 1

  • Garlic cloves 5-8

  • Black pepper corns 8-10

  • Salt to taste approximately 1/2 -1 teaspoon

Directions

    Chop all the veggies and assemble all the required ingredients

    In a pressure cooker take all chopped veggies, black pepper corns, salt to taste and 2-3 cups

  • 03

    Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles and allow it to cool for sometime

  • 04

    Blend it into a smooth puree

  • 05

    Add some water to adjust consistency and give it a boil

  • 06

    Serve hot immediately and enjoy endlessly with family and friends
