Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Gram flour 200 gms


  • Onion:- 2


  • Green chilli:- 1


  • Salt :- 1 spoon


  • Ginger garlic paste :- 1 spoon


  • Cumin seed :- 1/2 spoon


  • Ajwain :- 2 pinch


  • Oil :- 250 ml

Directions

  • Cut onion into thin long strips
  • Cut green chilli into round piece
  • Add chopped onion and green chilli,,then add gram flour, cumin seed ,ajwain and some salt to taste..
  • Don't add water*
  • Then mix everything well..
  • Then deep fry them into hot oil..
  • Now u can serve your hot and crispy onion pakoda with sauce or chutney..
