Gram flour 200 gms
Green chilli:- 1
Salt :- 1 spoon
Ginger garlic paste :- 1 spoon
Cumin seed :- 1/2 spoon
Ajwain :- 2 pinch
Oil :- 250 ml
Cut onion into thin long strips
Cut green chilli into round piece
Add chopped onion and green chilli,,then add gram flour, cumin seed ,ajwain and some salt to taste..
Don't add water*
Then mix everything well..
Then deep fry them into hot oil..
Now u can serve your hot and crispy onion pakoda with sauce or chutney..
