Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Gram flour 200 gms

  • Onion:- 2

  • Green chilli:- 1

  • Salt :- 1 spoon

  • Ginger garlic paste :- 1 spoon

  • Cumin seed :- 1/2 spoon

  • Ajwain :- 2 pinch

  • Oil :- 250 ml

Directions

    Cut onion into thin long strips

  • 02

    Cut green chilli into round piece

  • 03

    Add chopped onion and green chilli,,then add gram flour, cumin seed ,ajwain and some salt to taste..

    Don't add water*

    Then mix everything well..

    Then deep fry them into hot oil..

    Now u can serve your hot and crispy onion pakoda with sauce or chutney..
