1/2 kg pumpkin
1 bowl oats flour
1 Onion chopped
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon Maida
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
4 tablespoons oil
Firstly peeled and cut into small pieces of pumpkin than boiled it.
After boiling grind it in grinder. Then take oats flour and put half puree of pumpkin and make tight dough.
Meanwhile take pan put 1 teaspoon salt and oil and boil it.
Then take roti size dough and with the help of roiling pin and board make Roti. Then cut thin stripes from Roti and put in boiling water for boil for 10 minutes.
Then drained it and put in running water.
Now we make sauce with pumpkin puree.
Take pan put oil heat it then add Garlic paste and saute it for 1 minute, than add maida add roast it. Then add pumpkin puree, salt and black pepper and saute till puree thicken. Your sauce is ready.
Now take pan put oil heat it then add chopped onion saute it till light golden brown color.
Then put pumpkin noodles, salt, pumpkin sauce and saute it for 5 minutes.
Your delicious and tempting noodles is ready for eating.
