First boil water and add suagr in it so that it gives a sweet taste to our pasta from inside too. Use pasta of your favourite kind. I have used bow tie pasta. Drain the water and wash with cold water.
Heat milk in a non stick pan and add dark chocolate. Cook it till it's not melted completely.
Chop roasted almonds and add them to the sauce (keep aside some almonds for garnishing). Cook till it thickens but not too thick.
Switch off the flame. Add boiled pasta and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl. Refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with grated chocolate and almonds. Serve cold.
