  • 1) 1 kg Potatoes (boiled n mashed, sprinkle salt blackpepper add 1 tbsp butter n mix well, kip on flame n kip adding milk n stirring til its fyne mashie) 2) 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken (saute in butter wid salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste n pinch of turmeric powder, til done) 3) 4 Tomatoes (chopped) 4) 2 cups Veggies chopped (Capsi, Cauliflower, Sweet Corns n French beans) 5) 2 tbsp Chilli sauce 6) 1 Onion (chopped) 7) 1 tsp Soya Sauce 8} 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce 9) 4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 10) Salt 11) lil Chilli powder 12) pinch of Turmeric Powder 13) 3 tbsp Tomato Puree


  • In a wok braise onion til golden brown color, add tomatoes n spices braise til forms a paste add veggies cook lil add chicken n sauces n mix well shud b roast type... kip off flame.... In a casserole pour chicken mixture, den mek a layer of potatoes poke wid fork ol ova den sprinkle dried herbs n grated parmesan cheese can top up with slices of tomatoes n capsicum then bake til cheese melts.... remuv from oven n serve..... NB: for onli veggie shepherd pie skip chicken n add more veggies like courgette or beans n make sure filling is saucy
