  • Maggi noddles-1 packet (


  • Tomato – 1


  • Onion – 1


  • Coriander – a handful


  • Nylon Sev – to gaMaggi – 1 packet (USE ANY


  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp


  • Water – 2 tbsp or as required


  • Fried pea nuts 1Tbsp ( optional)


  • Boiled potato – 1


  • Green chili – 1 finely


  • red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)


  • Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp


  • Green chutney


  • Meethi chutney

Directions

  • Shallow fry the noodles in a kadhai or roast them without oil in a pan until golden brown and let it cool2.Now crush the noodles with bare hands in a bowl.
  • 3.In a small bowl, mix the water ,tomato ketchup and maggi masala. Stir it and keep it aside. (Add pudina & tamarind chutney to the same mixture if using)
