Shallow fry the noodles in a kadhai or roast them without oil in a pan until golden brown and let it cool2.Now crush the noodles with bare hands in a bowl.
3.In a small bowl, mix the water ,tomato ketchup and maggi masala. Stir it and keep it aside. (Add pudina & tamarind chutney to the same mixture if using)
