1) 1 kg Bony Mutton (Shank) 2) Salt 3) 1 tsp Black Peppercorns 4) few Cloves 5) 1/2 Ginger (flaked) 6) 8-9 Garlic cloves (chopped) 7) 1 Potato (boiled) 8} 1 cup Peas 9) 1 Onion (chopped) 10) 1/2 cup Pasta (smol ones) 11) lil Turmeric powder 12) 2 Tomatoes (blend wid boiled potato n water) 13) 1/2 Lemon juice 14) 1 Harbanero Chilli/Pilipili mbuzi (chopped)
Directions
.... use pressure cooker, braise onions in butter till pinkish brown color add mutton, black pepper, ginger, chilli, garlic, lemon juice, salt n turmeric n braise til mutton covered well... add tomato mixture n kip on boil til meat is tender now add pasta n peas n boil til both done....
