Ingredients

  • Base dough: 1) 3 cups maida (all purpose flour) 2) 1 n hlf tsps yeast 3) 4 tbsp oil 4) 3 tbsp nido (milk powder) 5) salt 6) 1 tsp dried oregano Sauce: 1) 7-8 tomatoes (chopped) 2) salt 3) chilli powder 4) 1 red chilli or chilli sauce 5) 1 tbsp olive oil 6) 3 tbsp tomato puree 7) 1 tsp oregano n lil thyme o basil Toppings: 1) 1/2 kg chicken boneless cubes, prawns o fillet cubes (pan fried in lil oil, wid garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder n tikka masala den smoke it using red hot charcoal n ghee) 2) veggies of yor choice, chopped finelly (i use capsicum, french beans, sweetcorns, onions, mushrooms n olives) 3) mozarella n lil cheddar cheese grated NB: toppings depend on individual bt base, sauce n cheese is must.....

Directions

  • Base dough: bind soft dough using ol ingredients wid warm water, n let rise for an hr n hlf.... punch bek, roll (into 1/2 de size u nid for thickness) den lay on greased trays poke wid fork n let rise for anoder 20mins..... den bake in oven on 200°C to pinkish brown color remuv n let it cool... finish baking ol.... NB: For paneer balls on pizza... tek a smol dough ball flatten on yor palm n fill in wid paneer blob, den seal it n place on rolled pizza base, mek ol round it.... wen done laying dem glaze wid beaten egg n let it rise den follow de above instructions..... Sauce: blend ol accept oregano wid 1/4 cup of water, add herbs n kip on boil til its fyne paste.... remuv n let it cool.... Instructions: 1) On each pre baked base put enuf of tomato paste n smear evenly 2) Sprinkle veggies evenly 3) Sprinkle dried thyme 4) Also put chicken evenly 5) on top of ol sprinkle cheese mix 6) bake on 200°C til cheese melts
