Base: ...boil butter o margarine in 1 cup of water... mix dry ingredients well bind to soft dough using hot butter n water mixture... cover wid cling film Filling: in a bowl put steak add lil salt, black pepper powder n flour, mix well... in pressure cooker put oil add onions n sprinkle a tsp of sugar den braise to brown color.. add steak n braise til it nice brown color add de rest wid 1 n hlf cups of water, mix well kloz de lid n cook til done.. if its watery dry on high flame.. can add veggies n sweet corns wen drying water.. mek sure its saucy nt dried up.. Pie Filling: 1) Roll rotis 1n hlf to 2 inches bigger den de pie o tart moulds... 2) Lay de roti on de greased moulds n press de sides til de rim, cn cut of extra 3) Poke wid fork on de base 4) Bake in oven on 200°C til creamish brown, i usually mek dis before preparing de filling so by de tyme de filling is done ol bases r ready to b filled 5) Let it cool den do filling 6) Top up wid puff pastry rotis jus a lil bigger den de top of mould den pinch de edges ol ova 7) Slit on de top den glaze wid beaten egg 8) Bake in oven on 200°C til nice golden brown color
