Boil fettucine pasta in a pan full of water .. till al dante ( not very soft , and mushy )
Pour the boiled pasta in a colander under running cold water to avoid sticking of the pasta
Now after straining it ..keep it aside .
In a non sticking pan , add olive oil , warm it ..
Add chopped onions ..shallow fry them .
Add garlic flakes and chopped tomatoes ..allow the tomatoes to become little tender .
Now add chopped bell peppers and chopped mushrooms and allow it to shallow fry
Add all the herbs .now add little milk and grated gauda cheese. Allow the cheese to melt
Add salt .
Now add the pasta and mix all the ingredients thoroughly ..
Allow it to simmer for sometimes..
Now finally add mint leaves to infuse the minty aroma in it .
You can add basil leaves too
Pour the aromatic fettucine pasta in a dish and serve hot..
