Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 500 gms rohu fish


  • 2 tsp mustered paste


  • 1 tsp poppy seeds paste


  • 1 tsp ginger - garlic paste


  • 1 tsp green chilli paste


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp onion seeds


  • 4 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • Clean and wash fish with water.
  • Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric, keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a wok, put onion seeds than add marinated fish.
  • Saute for 2-3 minutes then add mustard paste, poppy seeds paste ginger - garlic and green chilli paste.
  • Now add salt ,turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and curd saute them for 5-6 minutes.
  • Now put 1 cup water and let it be boil.
  • When gravy is boil than cover and cook for 10 minutes on slow flame.
  • After 10 min switch off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves.
