Ingredients

Serves 3

  • rohu fish 500 gms

  • mustered paste 2 tsp

  • poppy seeds paste 1 tsp

  • ginger - garlic paste 1 tsp

  • green chilli paste 1 tsp

  • curd 1/2 cups

  • salt 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • coriander powder 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • onion seeds 1/2 tsp

  • oil 4 tsp

  • chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp

Directions

    Clean and wash fish with water.

    Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric, keep aside for 15 minutes.

    Heat oil in a wok, put onion seeds than add marinated fish.

  • 04

    Saute for 2-3 minutes then add mustard paste, poppy seeds paste ginger - garlic and green chilli paste.

    Now add salt ,turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and curd saute them for 5-6 minutes.

    Now put 1 cup water and let it be boil.

    When gravy is boil than cover and cook for 10 minutes on slow flame.

    After 10 min switch off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves.
