Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Noodles 250gms

  • Capsicum 1

  • Carrot 1

  • Onion 1

  • Small Cauliflower 1

  • Chilly Sauce 1 spoon

  • Soya Sauce 1 spoon

  • Tomato sauce 1 spoon

  • Powder salt 2 spoons

  • Oil 250gms

  • Ginger 1 inch

  • Garlic pods 4

  • Corn Flour 1 spoon

  • Maida 1 spoon

  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 spoon

  • Chilly powder 3/4 spoon

Directions

    Wash Cauliflower first in cold water, drain it and add hot water with salt

    Soak for 10 minutes and drain hot water

  • 03

    To this add corn flour, maida, chilly powder, gg paste and salt.

    Keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes.

    Cut onions, carrot and tomatoes lengthwise

    Cut ginger and garlic into very tiny pieces

    Boil 500ml hot water and add noodles

  • 08

    Boil it for 5 minutes, drain the hot water.

    Add cold water and drain it.

  • 10

    Apply 1 spoon oil on the noodles.

    Place a kadai on the gas, and fry onion, capsicum and carrot one by one

    Saute ginger and garlic pieces for some time

  • 13

    Add sauces one by one

  • 14

    To this add cooked noodles and fry for some time

  • 15

    Deep Fry cauliflower in oil and mix this with noodles at the time of serving

  • 16

    Serve with tomato sauce
