Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 bowl boiled pasta


  • 1/2 bowl moong sprouts


  • 1 tspn chat masala


  • 1 tspn salt


  • 1 tspn black salt


  • 1 tspn black pepper


  • 1 /2 tspn red chilli powder


  • 1 tblspn pasta sauce


  • 1 tspn oregano


  • 8 to 10 olives cut into slices


  • 1/2 red bell pepper cut into julliens


  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper cut into julliens


  • 1/2 green bell pepper cut into julliens


  • 1 tomato cut into slice


  • 1 cucumber cut into 1 inch piece

Directions

  • Take a pressure cooker and boil sprouts for 2 whistle.
  • In themeanwhile boil pasta too.
  • After boiling both the items, let them cool.
  • Drain the excess water of pasta and pour some cold water on it.
  • Keep it in the seive.
  • Now take a kadai and add little bit olive oil.
  • Now add all the three bell peppers and saute it for one minute.
  • After it, add sliced tomato and mix it.
  • Now add pasta, sprouts, pasta sauce and all the dry ingredients spices.
  • Mix it very well by adding cucumber and olives.
  • Switch of the flame.
  • There should be crunchy bite in the vegetables.
  • Garnish it with chopped corriander leaves.
  • So here is our Pasta Sprouts healthy salad is ready to eat.
  • It is also one pot meal.
