Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 onion
  • 3..4 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup corn kennel
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped french beans
  • 2 tablespoons of grated carrot
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • 1/2 tespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Directions

  • Boil corn kennels
  • Crush them coarsely in grinder some remain uncrushed
  • Put a pan on medium flame
  • Add oil and butter
  • Add crushed garlic
  • Add chopped onion
  • Saute well
  • Add carrot and beans
  • Fry them
  • Now add corn
  • Add 2 glasses of water
  • Add salt and pepper powder
  • Now add corn flour dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water
  • Take a boil
  • Serve hot
