  • 6 nos mirch

  • 4 nos potato boiled and mashed

  • 1/2 cups besan

  • 1/4 tsp chilli pwd

  • 1 tsp coriander pwd

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1/4 tsp dry mango pwd

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander

  • 1 pinch salt to taste

  • 2 cups oil for frying


  • Heat one spoon oil in a wok and add coriander pwd, red chilli pwd, garam masala and mango pwd and mashed potato mix it nicely add chopped coriander and cook for a min
  • Make a slit on mirch and deemed it fill the potato mix in it
  • Add Water, slightly red chilly and salt in besan and make a batter
  • Heat oil in a wok
  • Dip stuff mirch in a batter and deep fry it
