Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 200 gram penne pasta

  • 200 gram cottage cheese

  • 1 cup tomato puree

  • 2 medium sized onions

  • 2 teaspoons of salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder

  • 2 tablespoons processed cheese

  • 1 cup chopped red green yellow bell peppers

  • 2 tablespoons Oil

  • 2 teaspoons of fresh cream

  • 2 teaspoons of mixed herbs

  • 2 tablespoons tomato catch up

  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves

Directions

    Boil pasta al dante adding little oil and a pinch of salt

    Strain in strainer

    Meanwhile put a pan on medium flame

    Add oil in it

    Add crushed garlic

    Add finely chopped onions

    Add bell peppers

    Fry well

    Add tomato puree

    Now add boiled pasta

    Add chopped cottage cheese
