Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gram penne pasta


  • 200 gram cottage cheese


  • 1 cup tomato puree


  • 2 medium sized onions


  • 2 teaspoons of salt


  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder


  • 2 tablespoons processed cheese


  • 1 cup chopped red green yellow bell peppers


  • 2 tablespoons Oil


  • 2 teaspoons of fresh cream


  • 2 teaspoons of mixed herbs


  • 2 tablespoons tomato catch up


  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves

Directions

  • Boil pasta al dante adding little oil and a pinch of salt
  • Strain in strainer
  • Meanwhile put a pan on medium flame
  • Add oil in it
  • Add crushed garlic
  • Add finely chopped onions
  • Add bell peppers
  • Fry well
  • Add tomato puree
  • Cook it well
  • Now add boiled pasta
  • Add chopped cottage cheese
  • Add salt , pepper powder and mixed herbs
  • Add tomato catchup and fresh cream
  • Mix well
  • Add cheese
  • Serve hot
