Ingredients
Serves 2
plum 1/2 kgs
beetroot 1/2 nos
sugar 1 cups
black salt 1 tsp
chaat masala 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 1 nos
Mint leaves for garnishing 4-5 nos
Directions
Wash plum and beetroot properly
Take glass water in a pan and add plum and beetroot in it and let it boil till it becomes soft
Let it cool
Take out the seed of plum and blend it in a mixer
Transfer the puree in the same pan and let it boil
Add half glass of water and sugar in it
Add black salt, chaat masala and lemon juice...
you can discard this as it is optional
As sugar dissolve put off the flame and let it cool
While serving add cold Water and icecubes and garnish it with mint leaves and lemon slice
Enjoy the drink
