  • 4 bangda

  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1tsp tamrind paste

  • 1tbs red chilli pd

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt or according to taste

  • 3-4 tbs oil for shallow frying


  • Wash, give cuts on bangda n keep aside
  • In a plate take red chilli pd, turmeric, ciriander pd,salt, ginger garlic paste and tamrind paste mix well
  • If needed add littke water and make a thick paste
  • Apply tge mixture on bangda
  • Heat tawa add oil n shallow fry bangda from both the sides. Till crisp
  • Serve with lemon wedges n onion rings
