  • 250 gms ragda or white matar

  • 4 nos potatoes

  • 3 tbsp bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 1 tsp roasted cumin pwd

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp green chutney

  • 1 tsp tamarind chutney

  • 1/4 cups green coriander chopped

  • 1/4 cups chopped onion


  • Boil soaked ragda along with red chilli pwd and salt
  • Mash boiled potatoes and add bread crumbs,red chilli pwd,salt,jeera pwd and chaat masala and mix it
  • Make medium size balls of the mashed potatoes and shape into round patties and keep aside. Make all the patties
  • Heat oul on a tava keep the patties on the hot oil in the tava fir frying
  • Fry the patties till golden brown from both the sides Take the patties un a serving plate
  • Top it up with generous amount of ragda add green chutney on it then tamarind chutney
  • Sprinlke all the masalas...red chilli pwd,chaat masala,cumin pwd,black salt
  • Put sev on it,then add chopped inion and tomato and green coriander
  • Crush some papadi on it and serve
