Roughly chopped onion and broccoli.
Peel the skin of almond
In a kadai add butter n oil
Saute onion and garlic
Now add broccoli n salt saute for 2-3 mins
Add 1cup water or vegetable stock
Let it cook for 2-3 mins.
Strain the water and make a puree
In a cold milk add corn flour and mix well
In a kadai transfer broccoli mixture add remaining water , and black pepper
Now slowly add milk mixture and keep stiring
Let it boil
