Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Shark fish 300 grms


  • Onion 2 nos sliced


  • Slit green chillies 3


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon


  • Curry leaves 10


  • Salt 1/2, TSP


  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup


  • Oil 2 tsp


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp


  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Boil the fish with turmeric and salt and remove skin and bone
  • In a pan add oil and fry onion , curry leaves and green chilli
  • Then add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, stir for while
  • Then add sherdard fish and stir for while
  • Then add grated coconut and stir for a while
  • Then garnish with coriander and serve
