Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Salmon dry fish 2 ps

  • Onion 3 nos

  • Tomatoes 3 nos

  • Dry chilli 15 nos

  • Garlic 15 pods

  • Turmeric 1/4tsp

  • Cumin powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 2 pinch

  • Curry 10 leaves

  • Oil 3 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil in pan then add chopped onions

  • 02

    Grind dry chilli and garlic then add it in the onion .Then fry for few min

  • 03

    Now add cleaned and washed dry fish and cook for few min

  • 04

    Now add turmeric, cumin, salt to taste and cook for few min

  • 05

    Now add chopped tomatoes cook for few min in medium flame

  • 06

    Slowely oil will get seperated from it

  • 07

    Reduce flame cook it till it gets mushy .. garnish with curry leaves

  • 08

    Its time to turn off. . enjoy it with dhal or with boiled eggs
