The preparation is kept healthy by adding raw tomatoes, onions, coriander, lemon juice and black pepper.

Ingredients
Serves : 4
1 cups whole moong/green gram sprouts
1/2 cups moth bean/matki sprouts
1/4 cups desi chane/ whole bengal gram sprouts
1 nos onion –small finely chopped
1 nos tomato –small finely chopped
1 nos green chilli– finely chopped
1 nos small cucumber - finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh coriander – (chopped)
1 tsp salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/5 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chaat masala(optional)
Directions
Firstly heat a cooker on a medium flame. Add sprouted chane, moong and moth beans.
Add the salt, black pepper powder and turmeric powder.
Mix well and add 1/2 cup of water.
Close the lid of the cooker and bring to a whistle.
Switch off the flame and release the pressure. Immediately open the lid to retain the colour.
Take it out in a bowl.
Mix all chopped vegetables, lemon juice chopped coriander and chaat masala.
