Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 1/2 cups ravioli dough:maida


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 250 gms chicken filling for ravioli:chicken mince


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 nos carrot,chopped


  • 1/4 cups beans,chopped


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 1/4 tsp vinegar


  • 500 gms tomato sauce:toamtoes


  • 1 nos onion,chopped


  • 1 tbsp garlic


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2 tsp italian seasoning


  • 2 cups capsicum,chopped


  • 10 nos basil leaves


  • 2 tsp cornflour


  • 3 tbsp olive oil


  • 2 tsp white sauce:butter


  • 1 1/2 tbsp maida


  • 1 1/2 cups milk


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 3/4 cups topping:mozarella ,grated


  • 10 nos olives


  • 2 tbsp capsicum,chopped

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients for the ravioli pasta dough and knead into a firm dough .Cover and keep aside for half an hour
  • mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and keep aside
  • For ravioli divide dough into 3balls .Roll very thinly and cut into 12 inch long 4inch wide square with a fluted cutter or a knife
  • Roll stuffing into small balls and wet the edges of square with little water .place another square on top and press with finger.. Water will enable to stick properly
  • Cut again all sides with a fluted cutter
  • Make all ravioli and keep aside in a tray
  • Boil 1 litre water in a pot and add a tsp of salt
  • When water starts boiling add few raviolis and boil for 2..3 minutes and take it out
  • In same water boil the tomatoes for 5minutes .peel the skin and puree in the mixi
  • Heat oil in a Wok and add chopped garlic and after few minutes add chopped onions
  • In the tomato puree add all the ingredients except capsicum and basil
  • When onion is pink add the above tomato puree
  • Add capsicum and basil and cook till it leaves oil
  • Add 2cup water with cornflour dissolved in it and adjust the seasoning
  • Make white sauce . Heat butter add Maida and stir for a minute
  • Add milk on low heat and stir continuously so it is smooth
  • Boil for few minutes and adjust the seasoning
  • In a baking dish put some sauce and arrange the boiled ravioli
  • Pour the leftover sauce on top
  • Put some grated cheese and pour the white sauce and grate some cheese on top
  • Put some capsicum and olives on top before baking
  • Bake at 180 C for half an hour
  • Serve with garlic bread and hot soup
