Ingredients
Serves 3
250 gm panne pasta
1 onion cut in square
1 bellpaper cut in square
1 tomato skin cut in square you can add more vegetable as u like
1 tomato puree
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp apf
2 tbsp butter
1 glass milk
1 tsp origano
1/2 tsp mix herb
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
1/2 tsp chilly flaks
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt as pr taste
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp garlic chilli sauce
7-8 basil leaves
1/2 cup grated cheese 🧀
Directions
IN a big pan boil pasta by adding 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil. Drain water and wash out with running water to stop further cooking and keep aside
In a kadai heat oil add all square vegetables and garlic. Saute at high flame and stir. Cook for 40% so crunch remains. Take out in a plate . keep aside
Heat makhan in same kadai add maida stir continuously till colour change to golden. At this stage add tomato puree and kashmiri mirch and mix well add milk and whisk so there is no lump form
