Ingredients

  • brown bread slices 8 nos

  • fresh curd (dahi) , whisked 2 cups

  • mixed nuts (cashews, chironji, crushed 2 tbsp

  • raisins 1 tsp

  • imli ki chutney 4 tbsp

  • salt or to taste 1/2 tsp

  • chaat masala 1/2 tsp

  • green chillies chopped 2 nos

  • cumin seeds (jeera) powder 1 tsp

  • chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • dried mint powder 1/2 tsp

  • milk 1 tsp

  • chopped coriander (dhania) 2 tbsp

  • For the garnish :dried mint powder 1/2 tsp

  • bhujiya 2 tbsp

Directions

    Cut the bread slices into roundels with the help of a cookie cutter

  • 02

    Place 4 bread roundels on a flat surface and top them with coarsely crushed dry nuts, green chillies, raisins and chopped coriander.

    Place the other bread roundels/slices on them, apply milk and press lightly to seal the edges.

    Add the salt to the whisked curd and mix well.

  • 05

    Spread the curd on the prepared bread vadas evenly.

  • 06

    Pour imli chutney, cumin seeds powder, chilli powder, chat masala and dried mint powder evenly on top.

  • 07

    Garnish with chopped coriander and bhujiya.

  • 08

    Serve chilled immediately.
